This right turn would take you into the heart of the campus, however, as there is very little public parking available, it is advisable to drive past this turning, then turn right at the next set of traffic lights into John Dobson Street where you will find a large NCP car park on the left.
If arriving in Newcastle via the Redheugh Bridge (A184), at the second major set of traffic lights on St James Boulevard, turn right into Westgate Road (A186). Take the second exit off the roundabout signposted towards the A167(M) motorway. Do not join the motorway but continue parallel to it up to another roundabout, at which you should take the exit marked City Centre. You will quickly come to a right turn signposted Northumbria University. This right turn would take you into the heart of the campus, however, as there is very little public parking available, it is advisable to drive past this turning, then turn right at the next set of traffic lights into John Dobson Street where you will find a large NCP car park on the left.
